Happiness is...


What is happiness really?

We search for it, want it and more often than not we are not in the feeling of having it.


But what if happiness is a solid offer every single milli second of the day?

An offer that is being hand to us constantly…Which it is.

It is entirely up to us whether we choose to receive or decline, deny, discard.


BECAUSE happiness is not something coming to us from the outside world. It is an inner state, personal choice of living. And when the choice of happiness has been made, this will of course also become a reflection in your physical reality, a reflection through others in the outside world, however interpreted and experienced internally.


Yes, if you are not feeling happy you are the only one responsible for that.


Divinity is to be responsible for your own reflection - in every way and every day.



How to choose happiness in a state of deep sadness, depression, anger or despair?


Know this one very real fact:

You might feel that these low vibrations are your reality, but if only love is real and love is everything there is, then these low vibrations are not, which means that they don’t really exist.

So, you can choose to tell yourself that whatever it is that you are feeling of the above-mentioned states, they are not real. Because a low vibration either connects with the past or a fear of the future, which can, again, only be representing a ghost from the past.


Happiness is a state of mind that is chosen on a daily basis.


Wake up and decide to be happy, to see happiness everywhere, then you have made it your focus, and what you focus on is what you get. Yes, no matter what that is. Which of course also means that if you decide to go for a focus of lack, then lack is what you get…Hmm…who would ever really want that, right? No-one!!!


Let’s dive into why you might have chosen to feel low.

In any event, you choose what you choose because you feel that it provides you with something that you actually do want, even if you don’t want to feel low. But the human being will never choose something that isn’t beneficial to them in some way.


So, you might want to ask yourself this question:

What is this low vibrational feeling giving me, which I connect to something positive?


I have days where I let my ego get the best of me, sure…It still happens, even if I do my very best to keep a high vibration on a daily basis. But some days I just want to cry, release, or be very angry. What it is giving me is a chance for me to look at myself and why I choose to go into such low vibration. What I have found is that these times I apparently have the need to victimize myself and release myself from the responsibility of being responsible for myself. Sometimes I just feel like handing over the reins to others; other people, God, the universe, whatever, whoever, as long as I am not the one who has to do all the work on me…LOL…Hilarious. Sometimes I just want to be acknowledged for all the hard work that I have done and am still doing, and I just get tired of being the only one giving it to myself. It is silly but very real when I am in the feeling. However, I am very well aware of that no-one can reflect something back to me that I am not holding within.


Maybe you get the feeling too sometimes, that you are tired of all the ‘self-love-talk-and-work’ and you just want someone else to love you too?


Do you know the feeling?


Allow yourself to be in the feeling until you feel done with it. But don’t let it linger so you get stuck in that energy, ‘cause it really doesn’t suit you and you really deserve a whole lot better than that.


How to help yourself out of a low state?



There is a trick that is very helpful to get out of any low vibration and into a higher one rather quickly. And yeah, I know this is going to both sound and look weird, but it works…






- Stick a pen sideways in your mouth, so it looks as if you are smiling, your brain will not know the difference between a genuine smile or a fake one.

- Raise your arms above your head.

- Stand up.

- Start to jump.

- Put on some music, maybe, and bounce to the rhythm.

Your brain is going to think you are having a party and start to free endorphins.

Yup!

Now you are happy.

Maintain it by choosing to continue to feel happy and you will.


It works! Try for yourself. Give it a chance You have nothing to lose and happiness to gain.
